Job Description
A Medical Rehabilitation Hospital in Arkansas has a unique opportunity and is seeking to bring on a wellrounded Director of Case Management (DCM)!
Pay: $87200 $101400/annually (contingent on experience)
Director of Case Management Opportunity:
- Fulltime Directhire position
- Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Medical Rehabilitation Hospital
Director of Case Management Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the daily operations and human resource management of the Case Management department ensuring efficient workflow staffing and performance standards are met
- Oversee the interdisciplinary care planning and discharge process focusing on effective service delivery census management and patient care outcomes
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families ensuring services align with patient needs and expectations
- Provide leadership and training to Case Managers and other team members ensuring they have the tools knowledge and resources to manage caseloads effectively while upholding organizational policies and highquality standards
Director of Case Management Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years hospitalbased CM experience & AR State Licensure
- Eligible Health Care Professionals Bachelor s Degree Required
- Registered Nurse RN Licensure & BSN Required
- Current CCM Certification is preferred
- Director of Case Management experience highly preferred
