Job Description
Job Title: SAP S/4HANA CHARM & SOLMAN Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Implementation: Configure SAP Solution Manager for Change Request Management (CHARM) system monitoring and alerting.
- Project Management: Lead and manage SAP Solution Manager projects including upgrades and system consolidations.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and configure performance monitoring business process monitoring and Early Watch Reports.
- Documentation: Manage document and configuration management within Solution Manager.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Solution Manager including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on SAP Solution Manager functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Solution Manager and CHARM implementation.
- SAP S/4HANA: At least 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis including cloud or onpremise environments.
- Full Lifecycle Implementation: Experience with at least one full SAP lifecycle implementation.
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If holding an Associates Degree must have at least 6 years of equivalent work experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Automation Tools: Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies for SAP environments.
- Certifications: SAP certifications in Solution Manager or related areas.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing finance or healthcare.

Duration: Jan 2025 - August 2025 (extendable for 1 year)
Location: Anywhere in the world. It's a remote position.
