Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Consultant specializing in Delmia Digital Manufacturing to join our team in Nagoya or Tokyo. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Delmia solutions and a strong understanding of digital manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) is required to effectively communicate with local clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize Delmia Digital Manufacturing solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients on Delmiarelated issues.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Delmia implementations and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest Delmia and digital manufacturing technologies and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Delmia solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) is mandatory.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Delmia and related digital manufacturing tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Proficiency in other digital manufacturing software (e.g. 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA) is a plus.
