Job Description
Be Found Care is looking for a dedicated and reliable Support Worker (Cleaner) to provide essential cleaning services for a client in Crook well NSW. This role is perfect for someone with attention to detail a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others maintain a clean and safe home environment. Client has requested a female client.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general home cleaning tasks including vacuuming dusting mopping and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure bathrooms kitchens and living areas are kept tidy and hygienic.
Follow cleaning schedules and client preferences for household maintenance.
Maintain a respectful and professional approach while working in a client s home.
Report any concerns or changes in the client s needs to the support team.
Schedule:
Initial clean: 34 hours
Ongoing weekly clean: 2 hours per week
Flexible shift options may be available but availability during weekdays is required
Requirements
Police Check (mandatory)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory)
Current First Aid
Valid Driver s Licence
Reliable Car & Comprehensive Car Insurance
Previous cleaning or support work experience
Must be okay to be around dogs however they will be in the backyard during the cleaning
Ability to work in Crook well NSW
Experience in domestic or commercial cleaning
Understanding of safe cleaning practices & hygiene standards
Knowledge of infection control procedures

Be Found Care Where Compassion Meets Excellence in Support Work.
Be Found Care Requirements Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a related qualification. Current First Aid (or willingness to obtain). Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach. Basic understanding of aged care standards and practices. Desirable but Not Essential: Experience in dementia or palliative care. Additional training in manual handling, infection control, or wound care. Familiarity with electronic care documentation systems. Ability to speak a second language relevant to the resident population.
