About the Role
As the Logistics Operation and Support Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of both international and domestic shipments managing stock levels and maintaining inventory records. This is a dynamic role that requires a handson approach and the ability to work both independently and with the team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Logistics Coordination
Track international and domestic shipments ensuring timely deliveries.
Collaborate with UPS and Startrack to resolve any shipment or delivery issues.
Stock Management
Ensure incoming stock meets quality standards including packaging and labelling.
Perform regular inventory audits and manage stock records using the online portal
Order Management
Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Pick pack and ship orders with attention to details on labelling and packaging.
Occasionally deliver orders using your own vehicle (typically 50km round trip reimbursement at ATO rates).
Administration
Maintain packaging supplies and ensure the warehouse is clean organized and safe.
Coordinate inventory and logistical records to support smooth operations.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Current Australian Driver s licence and your own vehicle
- Experience with Cin 7 or other inventory management software
- Strong attention to details
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office apps (preferred)
- Experience with Asana or similar project management platform (preferred)
