Job Description: Senior Sales Executive (B2B SaaS Solutions)
Overview: We are seeking a resultsdriven Senior Sales Executive with a passion for volumebased sales and the ability to align our SaaS platform as a productcentric solution for small and midsized enterprises (SMEs). This role focuses on maximizing revenue through efficient pricedriven sales strategies while maintaining a consultative edge for larger enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will excel in fastpaced environments demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills and adapt sales tactics to varying client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve volumebased sales objectives.
Prioritize highvolume sales by delivering the platform s core value proposition with minimal customization.
Identify and qualify opportunities with SMEs focusing on fastclosing pricesensitive deals.
Solution Alignment and ProductCentric Selling
Present and position the product as a readytoimplement solution for clientspecific challenges.
Adapt sales pitches to highlight predefined features and benefits minimizing the need for complex custom solutions.
Apply consultative techniques selectively for larger enterprise prospects to drive strategic highvalue deals.
Negotiation and Closing
Lead negotiations with SMEs and enterprise clients balancing quick turnarounds with thoughtful pricing strategies.
Handle objections effectively and maintain a strong closing rate through persuasive communication and solution framing.
VolumeDriven Sales Approach
Manage a high volume of leads and accounts ensuring timely followups and consistent pipeline movement.
Utilize a scalable repeatable sales process to increase deal velocity and reduce cycle times.
Focus on maximizing sales volume by identifying upsell opportunities and driving repeat purchases.
Client and Market Adaptability
Develop a deep understanding of client segments tailoring sales approaches for diverse industries and business sizes.
Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscapes to refine value positioning.
Innovate and test new sales tactics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with marketing product and customer success teams to align messaging and drive customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records forecasts and KPIs within CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4 years of experience in B2B sales with a preference for SaaS or technology solutions.
Strong background in pricedriven volumebased selling with the ability to manage a high volume of leads.
Proven negotiation and closing skills balancing fast deal closures with strategic enterprise engagements.
Expertise in presenting productcentric solutions and aligning them with customer challenges.
Proficiency in managing short sales cycles for SMEs while handling longercycle enterprise deals.
Ability to adapt sales approaches for different client sizes and industries with an innovative mindset.
Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Experience in SaaS sales particularly in rewards fintech or loyalty platforms.
Familiarity with SME buying behaviors and procurement processes.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
