Job Description
A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborates with the Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
General Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
- Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
- Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target ATV UPT ASP Footfall and Conversion Rate).
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
- Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.

Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in business and data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI, highly creative with ability to think out of the box. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
