Job Description
This is a remote position.
As a CRM Analyst you will be responsible for managing maintaining and optimising Zoho CRM Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Analytics. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our CRM ecosystem ensuring seamless integrations and delivering insightful analytics to drive business decisions.
Zoho CRM Management:
Configure and maintain Zoho CRM to support business workflows.
Ensure data integrity implement automation and optimize processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot CRM performance issues.
Zoho Campaigns:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Ensure seamless integration between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM.
Zoho Analytics:
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics.
Provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Conduct periodic reviews of analytics to ensure alignment with goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions.
Train and support team members on Zoho applications and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience managing Zoho CRM Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Analytics.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows automations and integrations.
Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards reports and analytics tools.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Analytics. Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and integrations.
