Key Responsibilities:
- Customize Zoho tools to meet business needs.
- Create workflows automation and custom functions using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho apps (CRM Recruit People) and thirdparty platforms like WhatsApp and email.
- Build dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics to provide insights.
- Train teams and provide support for using Zoho tools effectively.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Handson experience with Zoho tools like CRM Creator and Analytics.
- Ability to write Deluge scripts for custom workflows.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Good communication skills for working with teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Zoho Books Zoho Projects and other Zoho tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Experience in agile environments and tools like Jira.
- Background in customer support or consulting roles.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales or business development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Confidence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
