Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Melbourne VIC AU Time or 6:00 AM 2:30 PM PH Time (During DST)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A ZOHO CRM SPECIALIST
Responsibilities as a Zoho CRM Specialist:
Set up new clients in Zoho CRM as part of client onboarding ensuring their account is customized to their specific needs.
Train or teach each client how to use Zoho CRM covering key features such as lead management reporting automation and workflow setup.
Handle ongoing customer service issues troubleshooting and resolving CRMrelated challenges as they arise.
Maintain strong relationships with clients offering guidance and support to help them get the most out of their CRM system.
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in the CRM setup and service delivery.
Qualifications as a Zoho CRM Specialist:
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong Customer Service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Experience working with an Australian client is a plus.
