Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading technology company in Dammam KSA. Our client is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a strategic partner to customers ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives technical challenges and infrastructure needs. The TAM will collaborate with sales and technical teams to drive innovation deliver exceptional customer experiences and expand the companys footprint. Candidates with experience in Aerospace Automotive or Oil & Gas industries are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers by aligning solutions with their business objectives.

Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts addressing all technical needs.

Collaborate with sales teams to execute technical strategies and achieve sales goals.

Map customer requirements to tailored technology solutions.

Identify opportunities to expand the product footprint by adding users products and replacing competitors.

Coordinate with support teams to ensure prompt and highquality technical resolutions.

Act as a liaison between customer technical teams to manage defect resolutions and enhancement requests.

Develop accountbased marketing strategies to promote adoption and deployment of technologies.

Lead technical campaigns for complex projects and provide market insights.

Offer guidance on product enhancements competitive strategies and emerging trends.

Requirements

Bachelor s Master s or Ph.D. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

Professional experience: Bachelor s with 8 years Master s with 6 years or Ph.D. with 3 years in technology environments.

Proficiency in simulation software (CAE CAD EDA or PLM) and its applications.

Experience in Aerospace Automotive or Oil & Gas industries.

Proven experience in engaging with senior management and Clevel executives.

Excellent problemsolving time management interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in English. Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
