Job Description
Amazing a healthcare facility a few hundred miles west of Anchorage AK is seeking a fulltime Hospital Operations Manager to join their growing team!
Pay range: $43.00 $60.00/hr
The Hospital Operations Manager Opportunity:
- Fulltime permanent position with openness to travel.
- The Hospital Operation Manager will help manage the daily operations of the SubRegional Clinic to facilitate coordinated patient flow and care through the clinic and other providers
- The Hospital Operations Manager will ensure current and accurate medical records providing information needed to optimize reimbursement for clinic services and furnishing documentation needed by YKHC to effectively manage the clinic.
- Liaison between departments and the SubRegional Clinic.
- Responsible for staffing positions.
The Hospital Operations Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or Business Preferred
- At least 4 years in a degree specialty and administrative activities.
- Successful candidates will have experience with budget development maintenance and supervising people.
Alaska Location:
- No state income tax and permanent fund dividend after a full calendar year of Alaska Residency.
