Tur Park Clinics is a team of more than 70 doctors with over 30 specialties including dentistry medical treatments and aesthetic procedures. Located in the center of Barcelona Spain the clinics are open 7 days a week and offer sameday appointments throughout the year. The multilingual team provides personalized services to make patients feel at ease.
Role Description
This is an onsite role for a Customer Service Representative at Tur Park Clinics located in Barcelona. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering patients inquiries providing assistance and resolving issues through the different communication channels (face to face phone email chat). Additionally the selected candidate will be supporting reception performing tasks such as welcoming patients processing billing informing patients as well as following up of appointments. The representative will elaborate reports and perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills.
- Mandatory to communicate effectively in English Spanish and French.
- Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience using customer service software and databases.
- High level of patience empathy and professionalism.
- Flexibility to cover different shifts.
- Experience working in a medical or healthcare environment will be a plus.
- Bachelors degree in any field.
Requirements
2 parttime vacancies with the following conditions :
Vacancy 1 :
- 20h per week (Public Holidays included) with the following schedules:
- Monday to Friday: 4pm 8pm
Vacancy 2 :
- 10h per week(Public Holidays included) with the following schedules:
- SaturdaysSundays: 9am 2pm
