Job description
The Cold Calling representative will be responsible for managing communication and scheduling between clients and skilled immigration advisors. This role will focus on contacting clients arranging consultations and supporting immigration advisors by ensuring that all necessary appointments and documentation are prepared in advance. The representative will also provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a smooth immigration advisory process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients & schedule consultations with immigration advisors based on client needs and availability.
- Engage potential clients answer basic questions about immigration services.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking skilled immigration advice.
- Assist clients in preparing for their meetings with immigration advisors by providing details on necessary documents timelines and expectations.
- Relay clientspecific information to advisors and ensure that the advisors are well prepared for each meeting.
- Maintain open communication between clients and advisors to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
- Provide a high level of customer service addressing client concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow up with clients postappointment to ensure they have the information and support needed for the next steps.

- Education: A bachelor s degree in sales marketing or relevant field
- Experience:
- 01 year of experience in a clientfacing role (e.g. customer service or cold calling)
- Previous experience in immigration is a plus but not required.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage conflicting priorities.
- Basic understanding of skilled immigration processes and requirements are advantageous.
