Job Overview:
CloudPSO Inc. is seeking highly motivated and resultsdriven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to potential clients generate qualified leads upsell services and close deals that align with CloudPSOs service offerings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and convert prospects into longterm clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists and selfresearched prospects.
- Present and promote CloudPSOs services including Software Development Managed IT Services and Marketing Solutions.
- Identify client needs and tailor sales pitches to provide valuebased solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent followups and lead nurturing.
- Overcome objections and negotiate pricing or contract terms to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools (Zoho Apollo.io etc.).
- Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor offerings and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the sales and product teams based on client conversations to optimize offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales lead generation and cold calling (13 years preferred).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and a resultsdriven approach to achieving targets.
- Experience using CRM software such as Zoho Apollo.io or HubSpot.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Familiarity with B2B sales in IT services or SaaS industries is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
