Job Description: Professional in PSLM Service Line
About the Role Product and Service Lifecycle Management (PSLM) service line is dedicated to helping clients address their most complex business challenges. As part of this team you will work alongside innovative and strategic thought leaders to deliver impactful solutions staying ahead of the rapidly evolving business landscape. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries and develop skills to tackle complex business issues with confidence and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client management teams to derive meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions.
Develop deliverables aligned with the client engagement s needs and objectives.
Participate in interviews workshops and training sessions to support project execution.
Provide ongoing support to teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate project management activities including preparing project status updates and reports as required.
Core Technical Skills:
Windchill Expertise:
Extensive knowledge of Windchill architecture configuration and customization.
Experience integrating Windchill with enterprise systems like SAP CAD tools and visualization tools.
Advanced coding skills for Windchill Application Development and customization including:
Lifecycle Management Workflows Type and Attribute Manager and Object Initialization Rules.
Localization serverside customizations Info*Engine tasks and Webjects.
UI Customization using JCA framework MVC Builders and Wizards.
Programming and Development:
Strong skills in Java/J2EE technologies (JavaScript JQuery XML JSPs AJAX SQL).
Proficient in software development processes including best practices for design development testing and deployment.
Data Migration:
Expertise in Windchill Data Migration using WBM or custom utilities.
CAD data migration experience for SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Completed 23 endtoend implementations and data migrations.
Security and Cloud Integration:
Experience with security technologies data protection cryptography key management and IAM.
Familiarity with serviceoriented architecture for cloudbased services (SaaS IaaS PaaS).
Required Experience:
510 years of experience in Windchill Data Migration and implementation of endtoend projects.
Strong functional experience in Windchill 10.x and 11.x systems.
Comprehensive understanding of BOM management change management and workflows.
Knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing or Consumer Goods domains.
Proven ability to create and build business solution assets.
Expertise in guiding project teams in technical decisionmaking and alignment with best practices.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Undergraduate degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or Professional Degree with First Class/Distinction.
Postgraduate degrees (MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc.) are highly desirable.
Professional Skills:
Strong oral and written communication including presentation and documentation skills (Excel Visio PowerPoint).
Exceptional analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in fastpaced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active H1B visa or Green Card is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel 4060% as needed.
