Job Description
Job Summary:
Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. You will lead the team manage inventory and optimize profitability while maintaining high food quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the team to achieve the highest quality and service standards.
- Develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and achieve operational objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health standards and restaurant operation standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Lead expansion plans for the brand and open new branches.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in restaurant management and operations with proven experience in managing specialty burger restaurant chains.
- Indepth knowledge of the Saudi market requirements and restaurant operation standards.
- High ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage diverse teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Age not exceeding 42 years old.
