Tier 2 Tech

SUMMARY

We are seeking an outgoing and confident Tier 2 Technician to help support our managed services clientele. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for network and infrastructure troubleshooting and working with clients on their daily

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshooting network and infrastructure concerns.
  
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Onboarding new clients.
  
• Documenting client information.
  
• Supporting junior technicians with troubleshooting.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• MSP experience
• At least 3 years of experience.
  
• Knowledge of Dell servers and SonicWall routers.
  
• Advanced network troubleshooting including DNS.
  
• Knowledge of DMARC.
  
• Experience working with an RMM especially Datto and Kaseya.
  
• Familiarity with Unifi wireless.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments and installation experience.
  
• Experience with diagnostic tools and network monitoring.
  
• Experience in VLAN and VPN installation and troubleshooting.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
