This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and qualify new event organizers who align with our products and services in order to achieve sales targets. Its essential to focus on those in the smalltomedium event organizer segments as targeting the wrong fit can result in low sales and retention.
- Generate and qualify leads for largescale event organizers within the region and support the regional team in driving sales success for this customer segment.
- Understand the company s offerings to assess whether prospective clients are a suitable match for our services.
- Support the Head of Business Development by offering recommendations to enhance the companys products and services to maintain competitiveness in the market specifically for the target customer segments.
- Manage client relationships by ensuring their needs are met on time and expectations are exceeded. This includes: Assisting with the onboarding process
Creating editing and filtering clientprovided content
Communicating client requirements to the team and ensuring they are properly addressed
Overseeing onsite operations to ensure our products and services are successfully delivered
Coordinating with thirdparty vendors based on the event organizers requirements
- Handle ticket buyer inquiries resolving any issues via the appropriate channels.
- Manage company equipment ensuring all items are operational and ready for use during events.
- Assist the regional team in the development of sales and marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers.
- Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as needed to support the company s overall objectives.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in management communications or other related fields in business
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Sales DNA with a service mind
- Competitive nature keen to learn and win
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and the local language
- Excellent presentation/proposal creating skills
- Excellent presentation and sales skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate to a professional audience
