Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain in excellent condition and function efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical and HVAC system repairs.
Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Repair and maintain building fixtures equipment and systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address urgent repairs.
Maintain tools and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks.
Assist with renovations upgrades and installations as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Maintenance Worker or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of various maintenance systems tools and equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in plumbing electrical carpentry and HVAC.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
