Job Description
Seed and grow within MLSEs Groundskeeping role!
Contract until December 31st 2025
- Assist in the field preparation for TFC soccer and Argos football games concerts and other events.
- Run equipment; tractors mowers line trimmers etc.
- Maintain landscaping around the stadium and practice facility to the highest quality.
- Assist in painting multiple types of professional athletic fields.
- Assist in a yearlong fertilizer/herbicide/pesticide program.
- Assist in the equipment maintenance program.
- Oversee small projects.
- Lead groups on projects.
- Other responsibilities as the need arises.
Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years experience in the turf industry.
- Flexibility to work extended hours including some nights and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Full G license in good standing is an asset.
- Available to work on occasional weekends.
