Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Fulltime

Permanent work from home

Monday to Friday

8:30am to 5:00pm Perth Time with a 30minute unpaid break

Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits including Core and management system processes; ISOand 45001 gap analysis; and occupational health and safety and environmental audits

Support consultants and current VA in developing and maintaining ISO management systems

Develop and implement ISO management systems related to customer requirements

Read and understand process flowcharts

Use Teamwork software assist in project development (teamwork.com)

Participate in business training initiatives

In charge of improvements and development of business systems and templates used for consulting services

Communicate with the Director and other consultants/VAs related to the operational planning of consulting services

Answer and respond to emails and Teams messages from the Director VAs or consultants

Meet virtually and participate in business improvement initiatives

Act as a personal assistant to the Director VAs or consultants where necessary

Conduct Ad hoc duties as instructed by the Director VAs or consultants where necessary

Apply document control to documents when developing systems

Improve company templates through proofreading/quality checking etc.

Requirements

Does not just copy and paste work but reviews text showing high attention to details

Outstanding skills with Office 365 including Visio Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint etc.

Experience in conducting internal audits including Core and management system processes; ISOand 45001 gap analysis; and occupational health and safety and environmental audits

Experience in ISO Systems includingand 45001

Background in quality OH&S environmental and cyber security systems

Very efficient and excellent communicator

Very fast learner

Outstanding skills with Office 365 including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc. Experience in conducting internal audits including Core and management system processes; ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 gap analysis; and occupational health and safety and environmental audits Experience in ISO Systems including 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 Background in quality, OH&S, environmental and cyber security systems Very efficient and excellent communicator Very fast learner
