Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns maintain digital platforms and ensure the smooth operation of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in social media management data analysis and event coordination as well as a creative and strategic mindset. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to contribute to the success of a growing
organization.

1. Campaign Coordination
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across email social media and paid advertising channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.
2. Social Media Management
  • Manage and schedule preapproved posts across all social media platforms ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Monitor engagement respond to comments and identify trends to optimise content strategies.
  • Ideate design and produce engaging social media content tailored to platforms like LinkedIn including text images and basic video editing.
  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement reach and follower growth.
3. Digital Marketing
  • Help develop and manage content for email marketing campaigns including list segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Create and upload website content including landing pages blogs forms and media elements (WordPress CMS)
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase web traffic and track keyword performance.
  • Monitor website analytics and generate performance reports to guide improvements.
4. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as website traffic email engagement and lead generation.
  • Create dashboards and summaries to present insights to the Marketing Director.
  • Contribute to quarterly reports to measure marketing impact and refine strategies.
5. Event Coordination
  • Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline events including trade shows client events webinars and product launches.
  • Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and eventrelated marketing activities.
  • Support logistics attendee communications and postevent followup.
6. Administrative Support
  • Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking and lead nurturing.
  • Oversee marketing software tools and subscriptions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide administrative support including organising meetings and handling inquiries.
  • Jump in and take ownership of a wide range of daily administrative tasks that keep our business thriving.

Requirements

Requirements/Skills needed:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems preferably HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems preferably WordPress.
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creativity.

  • Setup and Location: Hybrid (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga Cebu)
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
  • Employment Type: Fulltime
