Position Overview:
As an Engineering Team Lead you will play a crucial role in building scalable systems mentoring engineers and driving product development. You will oversee multiple teams (24) working across different product initiatives ensuring highquality software delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Define and drive the technical vision and architecture across multiple projects.
Contribute handson to critical features infrastructure and system design.
Establish technical standards best practices and scalable system design.
Ensure code quality scalability and maintainability through code reviews and mentorship.
Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
Make strategic technology choices that align with business and product goals.
Guide teams through technical challenges architecture reviews and DevOps automation.
Team Management & Growth
Lead mentor and develop a highperforming engineering team (35 engineers per team).
Foster a collaborative inclusive and highperformance team culture.
Conduct regular 1:1s performance reviews and career coaching.
Manage team capacity work allocation and execution velocity.
Drive recruitment and hiring processes to build a strong engineering team.
Promote technical mentorship and professional development.
Product & Execution Leadership
Collaborate with Product Managers Designers and Business Leaders to define technical requirements and priorities.
Ensure engineering efforts are aligned with product goals and business strategy.
Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and deliverables.
Own sprint planning backlog grooming and agile ceremonies.
Manage project timelines dependencies and risk mitigation.
Continuously improve engineering workflows deployment cycles and team efficiency.
5 years of software engineering experience with .NET or JavaScriptbased tech stacks.
Tech Stack: We are open to broad technical experience and are not looking for exact specifics but familiarity with the following would be beneficial:
Backend: .NET C# Node.js
Frontend: Blazor JavaScript Next.js React Vue
Database: MS SQL PostgreSQL
Cloud & DevOps: Azure AWS GCP
Deep expertise in at least one of the following:
.NET ecosystem (C# ASP.NET Core Entity Framework).
JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem (Next.js Node.js Blazor React Angular Vue.js).
2 years of leadership experience (Tech Lead Team Lead or Engineering Manager).
Strong software architecture and system design experience in cloudbased applications.
Handson experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure).
Track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
Experience with agile development methodologies and crossfunctional collaboration.
Strong problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
Candidates with a strong foundation in modern engineering practices software scalability and cloudbased architectures are encouraged to apply.
