Job Description

  • Location: Lower Parel Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
  • Work Timings: 10:15 am 7:15 pm
  • Working Days: Monday Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
  • Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
  • Reports to: Team Lead / HR Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our expansion by recruiting the best talent.

About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IIDE your primary responsibility will be managing bulk hiring for roles in Sales BPO and other highvolume positions across the organization. You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making numerous calls daily. This role requires patience resilience and strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on meeting hiring targets in a fastpaced environment.




What You ll Do:

1. Bulk Recruitment Execution:

  • Handle highvolume recruitment for Sales BPO and similar roles ensuring that weekly and monthly hiring targets are met.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards social media employee referrals and recruitment drives.
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial HR interviews assessing candidates qualifications for the roles.
  • Make a high volume of calls daily engaging with candidates and ensuring no complaints or hesitation in the process.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand bulk hiring needs and deliver quality candidates efficiently.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and gather feedback from stakeholders postinterviews.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while managing expectations professionally.

3. Candidate Engagement:

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates providing timely feedback and updates throughout the process.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding job expectations and role requirements ensuring candidates are wellinformed.
  • Handle repetitive tasks with patience and professionalism.

4. Data Management and Reporting:

  • Keep accurate records and recruitment data up to date using Google Sheets/Excel or an ATS.
  • Provide detailed reports on hiring metrics including timetofill candidate conversion rates and recruitment progress.





Requirements

Who You Are:

MustHave:

  • Experience: 12 years in bulk hiring preferably for Sales BPO or highvolume roles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Resilience: Patience and the ability to stay motivated despite repetitive tasks.
  • Work Ethic: A strong commitment to hard work and an unwavering attitude toward meeting targets without complaints.

Should Have:

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruitment data and candidate records.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Confidence to make high volumes of calls daily.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the education or digital marketing sectors.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of Hires: Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
  • Time to Fill: Meet recruitment deadlines for Sales BPO and similar roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Efficient coordination and quick feedback turnaround with hiring managers.




HR Manager

Education

Experience and Qualifications: A Degree or Course in Digital Marketing is preferred. Excellent control on - Keyword Bidding, Ad copy writing, Re-marketing, Keyword match-type strategies & Landing page testing. Strong analytical background, with a great understanding of Google Analytics Good with numbers & logic (not math) to reverse calculate spends based on goals for media buying. Preferred to have basic knowledge of WordPress, Email & SMS Marketing & Marketing Automation on CRMs.
