We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Culture Manager to join our team at Raffles Udaipur India. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizations culture driving employee engagement and ensuring effective talent management strategies.
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs diversity initiatives and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment
- Oversee employee relations addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in collaboration with department managers
- Design and facilitate training programs including new employee orientations policy training and service culture workshops
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on career development opportunities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address organizational development needs
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies
- Lead health and safety initiatives and chair related committees
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support datadriven decisionmaking
- Act as an internal consultant providing coaching and guidance on HRrelated matters to employees and managers
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and regulations in India
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven experience in talent acquisition employee engagement and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving employee satisfaction
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
