Summary/Objective
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for monitoring the quality of processes and products during
the manufacturing stages. Their duties include but are not limited to examining incoming material first
articles measuring specifications inspecting and testing finished goods as well as auditing certain
processes to ensure the standards are met.
Essential Functions

Complete inspection of incoming materials per engineering drawings specifications and Quality
Inspection Plans.
Complete and review First Article Inspections (FAI).
Work closely with other teams such as Assembly Fabrication Warehouse and Engineering.
Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans.
Perform manufacturing inprocess and final inspections and testing per inspection plans as
required.
Support new product development activities as needed.
Proposing improvements to the production process
Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
Competency
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Must be motivated and work with minimal supervision in a startup fastpaced environment.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) email and other common
programs.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Troubleshooting skills
Keen attention to detail
Computer and math skills
Ability to use measuring devices like gauges meters calipers and computers.
Indepth understanding of company standards

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not require supervising other employees.
Work Environment
This job operates mostly in the fabrication floor and warehouse. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers phones photocopiers.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This job
requires walking 90% of the time. This would require the ability to lift package and parts to be inspected
and bend or stand for long periods of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a fulltime position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30
p.m.
Required Education and Experience
1. Minimum of 4 years of Inspection experience preferably in assembly processes.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience handling basic electronic devices or electro mechanical
assemblies and debugging failures.
3. High School and/or Technical School graduate.
4. Must be able to communicate clearly in English including the ability to read and comprehend
simple instructions and memos; the ability to write simple correspondence; the ability to
effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to other employees of
the organization.
5. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions percentages well as the ability to
apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Occasional overtime may be required.

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing organization. This position will be directly reporting to the Financial Controller. In this position, the Accounts Receivable clerk will handle accounting operations within the company, verify financial records and transactions, and monitor reports. You must have a keen attention to detail to maintain account balances, general ledger, and financial statements. Preparing and sending out sales invoices on a timely basis. Processing incoming check and credit card payments on a day-to-day basis. Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. Greet all office guests and answering and routing phone calls at front reception. Filing paperwork Any other duty as assigned
