Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manipulate onair playlists execute program/commercial/marketing changes and support liveevent and contingency workflows using cuttingedge software like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi.
- Execute seamless program commercial and marketing changes and provide support for live events and contingency workflows.
- Take ownership of commercial integration ensuring flawless rolling of commercial breaks during both taped and live programming.
- Contributing to the team which collectively monitors and maintains 150 channel streams ensuring continuous availability and identifying any inconsistencies with keen attention to detail.
- Guarantee the continuity of programming by meticulously confirming the readiness of every piece of material for onair playout.
- Act as the last line of defense for internal clients and stations swiftly responding to any onair discrepancies with situational awareness and quick decisionmaking skills.
- Protect our airwaves by meticulously simulating the viewer experience constantly checking for proper audio video captioning and picture quality.
- Collaborate with Operation Supervisors and work as a cohesive team to promptly recover from any onair discrepancies.
- Act as a mentor and subject matter expert by contributing and supporting ongoing 1:1 peertopeer training.
- Perform all other duties to support the success of the Network Operations Center as assigned by manager and follow company rules and policies
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- A high school diploma and relevant certification or associate degree in Media or Communications or equivalent professional experience in broadcast digital or post production role.
- A solid understanding of television production broadcast operations and/or news/sports/entertainment technical production requirements.

Desired Characteristics:
- Prior professional experience working in master control or a production control room is highly desirable.
- The ability to maintain composure and make quick decisions in highpressure situations.

- An acute attention to detail and a knack for crossreferencing and identifying inconsistencies coupled with the ability to anticipate and report potential issues and concerns proactively.
- Ability to multitask and balance numerous priorities in a deadlineoriented environment
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience working collaboratively with others who is always respectful and maintains a positive attitude
- A punctual hardworking disciplined and dependable individual
- Fluency or proficiency in Spanish is a definite plus
