Job Description
Office Location : Office No: 403405 Time Square CG Road Ellisbridge Ahmedabad Gujarat380006.
Duration & Type of Employment : Full Time Permanent
Experience Required : 2.5 yrs
Work Style : Hybrid
In Office days : 3 days a week (Hybrid)
Relocation : Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad GJ with reasonable notice.
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
Objectives
- Define product vision roadmap and take ownership of the product/project while ensuring thorough communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs prioritize items and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Work closely with the Scrum and business teams to maintain and groom product backlog based on the business needs
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize product backlog
- Develop detailed product feature specifications (JIRA epics/stories) and ensure they re clearly understood by relevant teams through backlog grooming workshops
- Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure value delivery aligns with the product goal
- Lead the productrelease plans and set expectations of deliverables in the Scrum Team
- Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally by sharing product knowledge and resolving questions related to the product.
- Support the Scrum Team wherever required.
Required skills and qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Product Development (Preferable)
- Indepth knowledge of Agile methodology for Project Management
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them to product functionalities
- Ability to understand the technical scope of projects (Good to have)
- Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
