1. Customer Base Growth:

- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
2. Performance Targets:
- Achieve expected active customer numbers and ensure we meet yearend exit ride and revenue targets as approved by the board.
- Monitor and report on the performance of rides flash trucks and corporate businesses ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
3. Supply Chain Management:
- Grow the supply for hailing business services to meet ride fulfillment targets and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with drivers merchants and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless service experience.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Drive internal and external teams to deliver highquality service to customers drivers and merchants.
- Create and implement effective workflows that support our strategy and enhance operational efficiency.
5. Customer Support and Satisfaction:
- Ensure minimal late order levels and efficient handling of returns and undelivered orders.
- Oversee support hotline services to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
6. Financial Management:
- Deliver on P&L numbers and ensure we meet planned financial performance through effective leadership and performance management.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to track progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
7. Service Excellence:
- Continuously improve the customer experience across all service verticals focusing on innovation and quality.
- Implement best practices in support functions to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams towards common goals.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with P&L management and financial performance tracking.
