We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our automobile sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our automotive products establishing customer relationships and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a passion for automobiles and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:
- Greet and assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending appropriate automobile products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Answer customer queries regarding vehicle specifications features pricing and financing options.
- Offer personalized customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets & Performance:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Achieve sales goals by effectively closing deals and upselling related products such as accessories warranties and service packages.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress to ensure sales quotas are consistently met.
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of automobile products features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives showcasing the vehicle s key features and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor offerings and new product launches.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Negotiate vehicle prices tradein offers and financing options with customers.
- Process sales transactions including documentation contracts and payments.
- Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing and insurance for customers as needed.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling networking and referrals.
- Monitor market trends customer preferences and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions car shows and promotional events.
Customer Feedback & AfterSales Support:
- Follow up with customers postsale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Address any customer concerns or complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote the company s aftersales services and maintain customer relationships for future purchases.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales pipelines in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all salesrelated documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in automobile sales or a similar sales role (minimum X years).
- Strong passion for automobiles and a good understanding of vehicle specifications and features.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain longterm customer relationships.
- Goaloriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
