Job Description
- Guide customers on SAP Best Practices to achieve quick wins.
- Lead and conduct requirement gathering workshops and training sessions.
- Collaborate with multicultural teams to deliver SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.
- Work independently to manage fullcycle implementation and support projects.
- 810 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in fullcycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Indepth expertise and knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors modules specifically Employee Central and Time Off.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Dutch being a plus.
- Implement PointtoPoint Time Data Replication.
- Deliver highquality solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
