The BD Manager for Partnerships and Sourcing will be responsible for identifying establishing and managing relationships with partners such as consultants counsellors agents and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The primary goal is to source and cultivate highquality leads for student loans through these partnerships thereby driving business growth and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
Identify potential partners including educational consultants counsellors agents and DSAs.
Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture partnerships.
Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements.
Lead Sourcing and Conversion:
Collaborate with partners to generate and qualify student loan leads.
Ensure partners are wellinformed about loan products and processes.
Monitor and support the conversion of leads into loan applications.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong longterm relationships with partners.
Provide ongoing support training and resources to partners.
Address any issues or concerns raised by partners promptly.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of partnership channels.
Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Develop insights and strategies to improve partnership effectiveness.
Market and Industry Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Gather feedback from partners and the market to refine loan products and services.
Identify opportunities for growth and new partnership channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (Master s preferred).
3 5 years of experience in business development partnerships or B2B sales preferably in the financial services or education sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.
Strong understanding of loan products and financial services.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
