Job Description

This is a remote position.

You will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions ensuring our manufacturing team operates seamlessly.


Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.

  • Bank and credit card reconciliation.

  • Budget management.

  • Participating in weekly meetings across business units.

  • Providing weekly monthly and quarterly financial reports.

  • Collaborating with the Director on financerelated matters.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Developing reviewing and controlling companywide documentation.

  • Providing administrative support to the Director and Management Team.

  • Supporting and relieving payroll functions.

  • Performing other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Highly Valued but not mandatory

  • A working knowledge of SimPRO suite (Training can be provided).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams

  • Experience with Payroll or willing to learn



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or bookkeeping.

  • Be proficient in Xero and other account management platforms.

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Be computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Have a conscientious cando attitude and a resultsdriven mindset.

  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fastpaced setting.
