This is a remote position.
You will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions ensuring our manufacturing team operates seamlessly.
Core responsibilities include:
Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
Bank and credit card reconciliation.
Budget management.
Participating in weekly meetings across business units.
Providing weekly monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Collaborating with the Director on financerelated matters.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Developing reviewing and controlling companywide documentation.
Providing administrative support to the Director and Management Team.
Supporting and relieving payroll functions.
Performing other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Highly Valued but not mandatory
A working knowledge of SimPRO suite (Training can be provided).
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams
Experience with Payroll or willing to learn
Bachelors degree in accounting or bookkeeping.
Be proficient in Xero and other account management platforms.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Have a conscientious cando attitude and a resultsdriven mindset.
Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fastpaced setting.
