Monitoring cloud assets like databases virtual machines firewalls and sources.
Ensure that the needs of employees in the cloud are taken care of in an efficient way.
Monitor our continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline and suggest improvements in existing CICD pipelines that are missing in it.
Troubleshoot and fix production outages and performance issues in our Cloud infrastructure stack
Proactively seek out opportunities to improve monitoring and alerting of our hosts and services and implement them in a timely fashion
Maintain and execute our onpremise and cloud security policies
Analyze events perform troubleshooting and incident response communicate with internal stakeholders and track events & problems through to resolution
Document and manage Run books for procedures tasks workflows and build that could potentially help the team and clients to interact with the Cloud Infrastructure
Build & maintain SOP tribe knowledge for necessary monitoring automation activities wherever needed.
Support all aspects of Cloud operations on a daytoday basis and monitoring continuous availability durability scale and uptime of multicloud platform
What we are looking for :
The ideal candidate should have 25 years of work experience.
Strong research/analytical and problem solving skills and ability to gather analyze and document information clearly and efficiently
In this role You will proactively help customers avoid potential issues and be responsible for providing clearly articulated solutions to achieve the greatest customer satisfaction.
You will also support our teams in technical activities. To be successful in this position you must be a selfstarter who learns quickly and asks questions but also possesses the confidence to work both efficiently and independently.
The role will need your technical knowledge documentation implementation and communication skills. You will ensure high quality and on time delivery working with cross functional teams to deliver deliverables and independently handle project work with limited supervision.
Willingness to support 24/7. Flexible to accommodate urgent customer needs over weekends and public holidays.
Handson experience with AWS Azure GCP OR Multicloud.
Networking Linux/Unix knowledge is mandatory
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly team oriented & practices collaboration as a key to success
Strong attention to details and able to handle concurrently multiple tasks.
