Job Description
As a Social Media Assistant you ll be at the heart of our client s digital engagement strategy playing a crucial role in maintaining their responsive and patientcentric approach. You ll manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms ensuring timely and professional responses to patient inquiries. This fastpaced role requires you to juggle content creation community engagement and basic graphic design all while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to patient inquiries across multiple social media platforms maintaining a 3hour response time
- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company s brand voice and marketing strategies
- Perform basic graphic editing tasks to support content creation and enhance visual appeal
- Use Hubspot to manage support tickets and track social media interactions efficiently
- Collaborate with the USbased marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
- Engage with followers through likes comments and shares to increase brand visibility and foster community
- Track and report on social media metrics to contribute to ongoing strategy refinement
- Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to support business growth initiatives
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continually improve engagement strategies
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to adapt tone for healthcare communications
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously for a business or organization
- Proficiency in major social media platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Customer service orientation with a friendly professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts to provide 24 7 coverage
- Basic understanding of healthcare industry terminology and HIPAA guidelines is a plus
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM and social media management tools
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to learn new tools and processes quickly
