Job Description
Position : Electrical Cabel Puller
Experience : 2Years
Salary :$ 800 to $1000
Location : Singapore
Job Summary:
We are hiring Electrical Cable Pullers for a shipping yard project in Singapore. The role requires candidates to be physically fit and experienced in handling electrical cables in a marine/industrial environment. UTurn candidates (those with prior work experience in Singapore and returning on a new visa) are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Cable Installation: Pull route and secure electrical cables in a shipyard or marine environment
Cable Management: Assist in laying bundling and terminating cables according to project requirements
Equipment Handling: Operate hand tools and power tools required for cabling tasks
Safety Compliance: Adhere to workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations
Technical Support: Work closely with electricians and supervisors to ensure proper installation
Reading Layouts: Identify cable routes tray placements and termination points from engineering drawings
Environmental Awareness: Ensure work areas are kept clean and follow shipyard safety protocols
Work Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing materials required for cable installation
Inspection & Testing: Support electricians in inspecting installed cables for faults
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience in electrical cable pulling preferably in a shipping yard/marine industry
Technical Skills: Understanding of lowvoltage (LV) and highvoltage (HV) cables
Knowledge: Experience in working with cable trays conduits and marine electrical systems
Safety Certification: Must be familiar with shipyard safety regulations (WSH MOM guidelines)
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift pull and maneuver heavy cables in tight spaces
UTurn Candidates Preferred: Prior work experience in Singapore shipyards is an advantage
