Your Role:
As a Customer Service Support representative your key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone email or chat providing timely and accurate information.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
- Managing orders and returns ensuring smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborating with other teams (such as sales or technical support) to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Providing product recommendations and supporting customers with any additional queries to enhance their experience.

Nativelevel German (C1/C2) fluency in English
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
