HR Coordinator
Hiring:
- Hiring procedure (not recruitment) i.e. agreements.
Training:
- Support new employees with access to tools policies and mandatory training required for the position.
- Provide new employees with induction information.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Document and report payroll incidents.
- Support Comp&Ben with salary ranges.
- Administration of employee benefits.
- Management of employee time off (vacations).
- Coordinate daily benefits processing.
- Handle enrollments COBRA terminations and other requests including unemployment changes beneficiaries disability accident and death claims transfers distributions hardships and compliance testing.
Legal:
- Contract templates and mandatory notifications.
- Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws according t internal policies and the countrys Human Resources guidelines (e.g. Employee Handbook).
- Audit expired contracts.
- Work accident process.
HRIS (Human Resources Information System):
- Ensure all employee data is updated and recorded in the corresponding systems.
- Assign and record legal work licenses in the country.
- Ensure the implementation of the Job Catalog at the country and location level.
- Support with BambooHR reports.
Terminations:
- Ensure all terminations are properly documented and supported according to official Human Resources templates and guidelines.
- Follow up on the exit interview process.
Locations:
- Oversee and supervise Human Resources procedures at the locations.
- Create sustainable solutions for individual and business challenges for example:
- Level 1 employee questions related to basic Human Resources issues according to Selinas internal policies and the countrys Human Resources guidelines.
- Weekly/monthly meetings and training with the locations Human Resources Accounting Supervisor.
- Monitor administration at the location to establish standards and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve discrepancies.
What we are looking for:
- Availability to travel 50%.
- Conversational English.
- Proven experience in human resources management with a solid understanding of local labor laws and human resources practices.
- Experience in handling labor relations legal compliance and benefits administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll management.
