Location: 1Patiala Punjab & 1Narmada Gujarat
Experience: Freshers MBBS
Salary: Up to 6LPA
Job Summary:
TSL Foundation is seeking MBBS Doctors to join our Mobile Medical Unit Project. As a member of our team you will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to underserved communities in Patiala/Panipat/Narmada. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on peoples lives while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services including diagnosis treatment and management of common illnesses.
- Conduct patient consultations perform physical examinations and order necessary diagnostic tests.
- Analysis test results and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer vaccinations and provide preventive healthcare counseling.
- Ensure compliance with all medical protocols ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals including nurses paramedics and support staff.
- Participate in community health outreach programs and health education initiatives.
- Manage medical supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Contribute to data collection and reporting for project monitoring and evaluation.
- Travel to different locations within the assigned region as required by the Mobile Medical Unit schedule
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college or university.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of primary healthcare principles.
- Strong communication interpersonal and patient management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Willingness to work in challenging environments and serve underserved communities.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
