Job Description
As a Senior Structural Engineer you will lead a team of 5 to 10 designers managing complex projects while ensuring quality timelines and budgets are met. Your expertise will drive innovation and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a design team promoting teamwork and creativity.
- Manage resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Review designs and analyses to ensure accuracy and industry compliance.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and provide expert advice.
- Stay updated on construction trends materials and regulations to maintain best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in structural engineering ideally with consulting experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Focused on accuracy in design and analysis.
- Skilled at finding practical solutions.
- Great at building relationships with clients and team members.
- Understanding of construction methods materials and regulations.
- Open to visiting sites and client facilities as needed.
