Job Description

As an Ad Trafficking Coordinator you ll be at the heart of ad operations ensuring creative materials are effectively managed for campaigns. You ll assist in administrative tasks collaborate with teams and support campaign reporting while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company s operations.

Job Overview

Employment Type: FullTime
Shift: MonFri 10:00 PM 7:00 AM
Work Setup: Temporary Work from Home Makati

Your Daily Tasks
  • Manage trafficking of creative assets for ad operations campaigns.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to advertising campaigns.
  • Provide campaign reporting support to internal team members.
  • Collaborate with and shadow team members across departments to gain a wellrounded understanding of company operations.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of experience in digital media ad operations or campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in ad trafficking tools and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads Manager DV360 or The Trade Desk (musthave).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data optimize performance and troubleshoot ad delivery issues.
  • Handson experience in ad placement tracking and performance optimization beyond organic content management and media buying programmatic advertising or paid media optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with handson experience in datadriven marketing and campaign performance tracking.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign setup tracking and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams clients and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently in a fastpaced datadriven environment.
  • Must be based in Metro Manila.
