Job Description
- Develop/coordinate internal budgets (prepare additional contracts agreements and service proposals)
- Manage project from start to finish
- Manage client expectations and meet performance objectives
- Assist with design process lead meetings and presentations throughout all phases of project
- Lead staff (provide direction supervision mentoring and leadership)
- Evaluate project requirements
- Negotiate client agreement including fee and time schedule
- Complete projects on schedule and within budget while exceeding client expectations
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Review/coordinate work of outside consultants (structural mechanical electrical and fire protection)
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in Architecture
- Master s degree preferred
- 6 years of experience in healthcare design
- Experience with Lean and Evidencebased design preferred
- Registration/License
- Working knowledge of AutoCad 3D Max SketchUp Microsoft Office and other industry accepted design software tools
Salary is commensurate with experience.
