Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused IT Desk Side Support Technician to join our team. In this role you will provide onsite and remote technical support to endusers ensuring prompt resolution of hardware software and networkrelated issues including project oriented items while maintaining a series of IT systems. As a key member of the IT support team you will play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless IT environment ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide handson deskside and remote support for desktops laptops mobile devices printers and other peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues promptly and effectively.
Assist with configuration installation and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
2. User Support and Training:
Respond to service requests and incidents via phone or email in a timely manner.
Offer enduser training and guidance on IT tools systems and best practices to improve selfsufficiency.
3. System Maintenance and Deployment:
Perform system updates upgrades and patches in compliance with IT policies.
Assist in the deployment of new devices and ensure accurate documentation of assets.
Support the setup and maintenance of conference room technology including audiovisual systems.
4. Collaboration and Documentation:
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
Document troubleshooting steps resolutions and knowledge base articles for future reference.
5. Security and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company IT security policies and standards.
Assist in maintaining data integrity and confidentiality across all systems.

Pay:
$22 $25/hour depending on experience
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 13 years of handson experience in IT support or similar roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Windows macOS and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android) including Google Workspace and MS Azure.
Familiarity with Active Directory Office 365 and IT ticketing systems.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN VPN TCP/IP).
Soft Skills: Strong problemsolving communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with imaging and deploying systems
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Working Conditions:
May require occasional lifting of IT equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to work flexible hours including afterhours support when needed.
