Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer Systems to join our team in Bengaluru India. In this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining largescale distributed systems that power our organizations critical infrastructure. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex scalable systems
- Develop and implement highperformance reliable and maintainable software solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement system requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and practices
- Participate in capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on systems design and architecture
- Advanced knowledge of system architecture and distributed systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to debug complex systems
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Solid understanding of database systems and data modeling
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex system design projects
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus
- Deep understanding of scalable and highperformance systems
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in systems engineering
