Job Description: Avantis Resources is seeking a mid to seniorlevel Real Estate Associate with 57 years of experience to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions financings joint ventures and leasing. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute commercial real estate transactions including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements lease agreements and financing documents.
- Conduct and oversee due diligence processes including title and survey reviews and coordinate with title companies and surveyors.
- Advise clients on real estate development projects including zoning and land use matters.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including tax corporate and environmental specialists to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Stay current on evolving real estate laws and regulations to provide clients with uptodate advice.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for admission).
- 57 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate law preferably within a large law firm or reputable boutique firm.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional analytical research and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
