Job Description

Job Description:
Avantis Resources is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Senior Associate or Partner) to join a dynamic Corporate Services Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions development financing and leasing with the ability to manage highlevel legal matters and client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial real estate matters within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions and financing deals.
  • Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements lease agreements and joint venture agreements.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate development zoning and land use matters.
  • Work closely with clients to identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring compliance with state and federal real estate regulations.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to junior attorneys paralegals and administrative professionals to maintain highquality client service.
  • Contribute to business development efforts generating and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards in line with professional responsibility requirements.


Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • 7 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law preferably within a law firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions and legal matters simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation communication and drafting skills.
  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring and supervising junior attorneys or legal staff.
  • Teamoriented with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Business development experience is highly preferred.

  • Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing. 7+ years of experience practicing commercial real estate law, preferably within a law firm.
