DevOps Architect & Strategic Lead(3037) :
Minimum 14 years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure engineering roles and 5 years in architectural or strategic leadership positions.

About the Role
Were seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to spearhead our cloud infrastructure automation and security initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive our InfrastructureasCode (IaC) implementation and establish standardized deployment patterns across our global operations with a particular focus on supporting migration initiatives
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement InfrastructureasCode solutions using GitHub Actions and Bicep/ARM templates
- Ability to create best practices for migration of existing Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions and executing on the migration activities.
- Lead the development of reusable infrastructure components and deployment patterns that align with security best practices
- Establish and maintain automated lifecycle management processes including security patching and updates
- Create and implement selfservice capabilities for cloud infrastructure provisioning
- Mentor application teams in DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure automation
- Collaborate with global teams to support migration initiatives across regions
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 12 plus years of DevOps/Infrastructure of which 5 years of handson experience with Azure cloud platforms
Required Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field.
Required Experience
- 12 years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure engineering roles
- 5 years of handson experience with Azure cloud platforms
- Proven track record of implementing IaC solutions at scale
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers
- Background in enterpriselevel cloud migration projects
- Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Azure certifications (Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience with multiregion cloud deployments
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2 ISO27001 etc.)
- Experience with cloud cost optimization
