Position Overview
Role will involve product launch support scientific content creation and providing key medical insights to the marketing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities
Product Launch Support:
Conduct comprehensive literature searches and prepare Medical Manuals and PowerPoint presentations to support new product launches.
Develop and deliver New Product Launch Presentation to the Marketing team and field force ensuring accurate and clear communication of technical details about therapy areas and products.
Responding to Queries:
Serve as a key point of contact for queries from the field force and doctors providing scientific support and clarifications on products and therapy areas.
Ensure strong customer relations by addressing and resolving queries promptly and effectively.
Scientific Support to Brands:
Stay uptodate with the latest scientific information including product data therapy area advancements landmark trials and guidelines from scientific associations.
Provide technical support to the Marketing and Sales teams by offering relevant scientific references for new and existing products.
Ensure Scientific accuracy in all marketing materials by validating medical content.
Prepare prescribing information for products and ensure high scientific quality in marketing content.
Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) Kits that include PowerPoint presentations references and key scientific materials.
Training and Development:
Conduct training programs for medical representatives focusing on new product knowledge scientific data and therapy area updates.
Deliver refresher courses to enhance the knowledge and skills of existing field personnel.
New Product Ideation and Evaluation:
Provide medical justification and rationale for the introduction of new products including evaluating potential indications dosage forms and novel product ideas.
Suggest potential areas for indication expansion or the development of unique dosage forms
Publications:
Prepare manuscript for publication in peerreviewed scientific journals focusing on original research clinical studies and review articles in relevant therapy areas.
Educational Qualification: M. Pharm (Master's in Pharmacy).
