Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a background in valves strainers fasteners oil & gas pumps or similar industrial products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in team management business development and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership market understanding and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Lead and manage a team to drive sales in the Gujarat region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial products.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients and distributors.
- Represent the company at industry events trade fairs and client meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial sales & marketing.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager handling a team in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong experience in valves strainers fasteners oil & gas pumps or similar industrial products.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and sales reporting.
Location: Work from Home (Remote) Gujarat Region (Baroda/Ahmedabad Preferred)
